The Billy Wright Inquiry – Main oral hearings, week commencing 28 May 2007
The main Hearings of the Billy Wright Inquiry will start at Banbridge Court House, Victoria Street, Banbridge, Co. Down on Wednesday 30 May to close of business on Friday 1 June.
In response to a request from members of the media that an opportunity be provided to update Library pictures of the Inquiry Panel, the Inquiry Chairman, Lord MacLean, has given his permission for a maximum of 10 minutes of photography and filming in the Hearing Room at Banbridge Court House at 10:00 am on the morning of Wednesday 30 May 2007.
Those members of the media carrying a camera will be required to leave the Hearing Room after 10 minutes to allow for the commencement of the Oral Hearings.
Any member of the media wishing to attend the Inquiry to take photographs or to film the Inquiry Panel should arrive at the Hearing Room at Banbridge Court House no later than 9:45am on Wednesday 30 May, to ensure they have adequate time to undergo security checks.
In addition, members of the media are asked to notify the Inquiry of the names of those attending to take photographs or to film, by 3:00 pm on Tuesday 29 May.
